About Me
Hello and welcome to my practice! I am a Registered Psychologist with the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists, with an APE designation. I have a passion for helping individuals and couples navigate life's challenges. As a member of the Canadian Psychological Association, I am committed to upholding the highest standards of ethical practice and continuous learning.
I have completed Level 1 Gottman Couples Therapy training, equipping me with valuable insights into fostering healthy relationships. I am also certified with the Mental Health and Diabetes directory, having completed the comprehensive Mental Health + Diabetes training program. This specialized knowledge in addition to my own life experience as a Type 1 Diabetic, allows me to provide holistic support to individuals managing diabetes and related mental health concerns.
My practice extends to adults, adolescents (16+ years old), and couples, encompassing a diverse range of therapeutic needs. Drawing from a repertoire of evidence-based approaches, I tailor our sessions to meet your unique goals and preferences.
My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, relationships, stress management, self-esteem, and self-compassion.
My Approach:
I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Drawing from a combination of Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing, Gottman, and Mindfulness approaches, I tailor each session to meet the unique needs and goals of my clients.
